Which smartphones does the Ticketcorner Skip App work with?

The Ticketcorner Skip App works with all standard smartphones with iOS or Android operating systems.

Why does the app ask me for my location data?

We use your current location to show you Ticketcorner Skip tickets available near you. You can deactivate this function at any time in the iOS or Android settings and continue to use the app without it.

Why does the app want access to my camera?

The camera function lets you quickly and easily scan a Ticketcorner Skip QR code, which will take you directly to the corresponding provider and ticket.

Why do I need to log in?

Only users who are logged in can book tickets. This allows us to ensure that you always get your QR code ticket sent to you via e-mail. You can use your existing Ticketcorner account or sign up for a new account.

Can I also view my Ticketcorner Skip tickets at

No. Ticketcorner Skip tickets and orders can only be viewed in the Ticketcorner Skip web shop or the Ticketcorner Skip App.

Can I use Ticketcorner Skip to redeem a Ticketcorner event voucher or a ski ticket voucher?

No. At the moment, you cannot use Ticketcorner Skip to redeem Ticketcorner event vouchers or ski ticket vouchers.

Can I also purchase vouchers for Ticketcorner Skip?

At the moment, you cannot purchase any vouchers for Ticketcorner Skip.

Can I use Ticketcorner Live Club discounts on Ticketcorner Skip?

Certain providers offer benefits and discounts for Live Club members.

Where can I see my tickets?

You can see your tickets in the Ticketcorner Skip App or in the Ticketcorner Skip web shop under «Tickets». Every ticket is also sent to you via e-mail. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder.

What is a QR code?

QR code stands for Quick Response code. It is a barcode that saves all of the relevant information about your ticket in the form of an image. It allows providers to quickly verify that your ticket is valid.

Which providers can I order Ticketcorner Skip tickets from?

The number of Ticketcorner Skip providers is steadily growing. You can find a complete overview at and in the Ticketcorner Skip App.

Can I print out my ticket?

You can also show printed tickets at the door. When you print your ticket, make sure that the QR code is clearly visible in order to avoid scanning issues.

I don’t have a smartphone. How do I buy tickets?

You can buy tickets from the comfort of your home in the Ticketcorner Skip web shop. You can then print out your ticket and present it at the venue.

What are my payment options with Ticketcorner Skip?

You can pay with credit card (Visa, Mastercard), TWINT or Postfinance.

When do I get my QR tickets?

When you place an order, your tickets are sent immediately to the e-mail address provided. If you do not receive your tickets within 10 minutes, please check your spam or junk mail folder. You can find all of your tickets in the Ticketcorner Skip App under «Tickets» or in the web shop in the «Tickets» tab under «My Account».

Did my order work?

Every successful order will be confirmed via e-mail. Make sure to check your spam or junk mail folder for the confirmation e-mail. To see your order, log in to the web shop and click «My Account» and then go to the «Orders» tab. Alternatively, you can go straight to «Orders» in the Ticketcorner Skip App. If you did not receive an e-mail and there are no orders under «My Account», please check that your credit card information is correct and then place your order again.

I accidentally deleted the e-mail. How can I get my ticket?

You can always find all of your tickets in the Ticketcorner Skip App under «Tickets». If you would like us to send you the e-mail again, please contact us at

Can I also book event tickets using Ticketcorner Skip?

No. Ticketcorner Skip is only intended for leisure, sports and cultural activities. For concert tickets, please visit the Ticketcorner web shop or use the Ticketcorner App. For ski tickets, please use or the Ticketcorner Ski App.

Are my tickets available offline?

Tickets in the app always require an Internet connection. However, you can also show the QR code ticket you received via e-mail at the venue.

What happens if the provider is forced to close (inclement weather, COVID-19)?

In principle, all booked tickets remain valid and cannot be refunded. Any decisions regarding refunds are made by the corresponding provider. The provider’s General Terms and Conditions apply. Ticketcorner has no influence on this decision. In the event that a refund is granted, we will refund you the full purchase price of the ticket as quickly as possible via the original payment method.

Can I unsubscribe from the Ticketcorner Skip newsletter?

You can unsubscribe from the Ticketcorner Skip newsletter under «My Account». Simply uncheck the corresponding box in the «Customer Information» tab and confirm your changes by clicking «Save changes to account information». Please note that the Ticketcorner Skip newsletter keeps you up to date on the latest news and special offers.

How do I reset my password? I forgot my login information.

Under «My Account», click the «Forgot password» link to generate a new password.

Are tickets sent by mail?

No. Ticketcorner Skip tickets are digital/mobile tickets. They are only sent via e-mail and are stored in the Ticketcorner Skip App under «Tickets».
